The staff was nice.
Unfortunately, my room had a persistent odor, and the shower wouldn't shut off. The lack of air circulation. The hotel felt outdated.

I'd give it more than 3 stars, everything was perfect. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room - functional and new-fashioned. A storage, a bay window and an ironing set worked well. The venue's position was very central. The area had plenty of bars and restaurants.
Can’t fault anything about it.

It was just an excellent fit for a trip in Cork with value for price. The location is really great for shopping and socializing. Bring your own towels if you wear makeup, as they have a strict towel policy.

My favourite thing about my stay was the very friendly helpful staff who made my time in the hotel an absolute pleasure. The central convenient location is also a big plus
I do not intend this as a complaint as I enjoyed my stay at the hotel but the decor is a little dated and worn and the reception on the T V in my room was very poor as was the choice of chanels.

I almost gave a good review, but this hotel is severely lacking. The shower is barely functional, and I had to return my key after every exit-how quaint. A welcome treat would have made all the difference. Oh, and I just love a breakfast that costs extra but offers little. Truly commendable!

The location is exellent, in the heart of the city, close to main shops, with interesting local pubs. The staff are very pleasent, helpful, obliging, they work hard and smile easily. The breakfast was very good.
The room was so cold,it became unbearable, none of the radiators on the landing outside our room were turned on, there was absolutely no heat coming from our radiator, the draught coming through the window were my bed was situated was horrendous, both my friend and i got into our beds fully clothed, with scarves and gloves, and I eventually had to share my friends bed to gain some body heat. my son swapped rooms with us, because his radiator was working. we were awake for most of the night because of the cold

would go back in flash.
Clean and comfy room with a private bathroom. Had amenities like a tv, electric kettle, and toiletries. Great heating and a nice seating area. The location is perfect for eating out nearby. Super nice team, especially with luggage!

The hotel was in a magnificent location, in the maze of corridors. The room was reasonably large and functional in cork and with smoke detectors for safety measures.
